I read in an old newspaper,
“Color in the cinema has one great fault.
It is too bright. It isn’t ‘realistic.’ But it is
gorgeous.”
With the first of these claims
I can agree.
For years now, modern television
has moved to ever more HD.
My earliest encounter
with a high-definition screen
left me thinking the realistic-ness
was too much for me.
Perhaps tis the nature
of a natural glasses-wearer
to find ultra-high-definition
a simply unnatural sight.
